License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of a white-label source code license, WideView HotelOS (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the WideView HotelOS source code under the terms described below.

2. Permitted Uses

As a white-label license holder, you may:

  • Modify the source code and customize it for your own brand.
  • Deploy the system on your own servers or any hosting provider of your choice.
  • Resell the system to hotel clients under your own brand name.
  • Charge clients any price you choose and keep 100% of the revenue.
  • Use the system for an unlimited number of hotel properties.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the unmodified source code as a competing product.
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, license headers, or attribution within the source code.
  • Use the WideView HotelOS name, logo, or branding in your resold product.
  • Transfer or assign this license to another party without written consent.
  • Use the source code to create a software-as-a-service platform that directly competes with WideView HotelOS's own SaaS offering.

4. Ownership

The original source code remains the intellectual property of WideView HotelOS. This license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership. Modifications you make to the code become your own intellectual property, but the underlying original code remains owned by WideView HotelOS.

5. Updates and Support

The white-label license includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you may purchase an extended update plan. Support is available via email and WhatsApp. Response times are typically within 24–48 hours.

6. SaaS Subscription License

SaaS subscription users receive a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the hosted system for the duration of their subscription. SaaS users do not receive source code access and may not modify, redistribute, or resell the system.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The source code is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. WideView Hotel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the system will be error-free or operate without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WideView HotelOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the license fee paid.

9. Termination

This license is perpetual unless terminated. If you violate any term of this agreement, we may terminate the license, requiring you to cease use and distribution of the software.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this License Agreement from time to time. Licensees who purchased prior to a change will be governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase, unless required by law.
